Blessings
In dignity we trust and think life’s fair
but puzzle remains the link
of what we do and may think.
So we wonder about life constantly;
about its wonders, its strife
and the sharp edge of its knife.
Often we give up what dreams we may have
in surrender to pity
instead of being witty.
To marvel at life’s beauty and wonder
will make your journey less bland
and you will see life is grand.
Look at the little things that come your way
and don’t think of them as dumb.
You’ll be blessed and will succumb.
